Questions about pricing
The FirstWeb Starter is a one-page business website with up to eight content sections — enough to cover your services, an about section, testimonials, a gallery, FAQs and your contact details on a single scrollable page. If your business needs more than one page (for example a dedicated services page or a blog), additional pages are quoted separately.
This is our introductory annual price, currently LKR 25,000 per year with a .lk domain included, or LKR 20,000 per year if you bring your own .lk domain. It covers hosting, your domain connection, SSL, and ongoing AI-assisted edits for the year. Pricing is introductory and may change for new orders in future.
Online payments and e-commerce, appointment/booking systems, advanced integrations, custom software, multilingual content, professional photography, and additional pages beyond the one-page Starter site are all quoted separately based on what you need.
Yes — our cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Terms of Service, along with our data deletion and account closure process if you decide to close your account.
