1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a website remember information between visits, such as whether you're signed in.

2. Cookies we use on firstweb.cozyhub.lk

Browsing our public marketing pages doesn't set any tracking or advertising cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies only when you sign in to the Client Login, admin dashboard or superadmin area — these keep you securely signed in and are provided by Firebase Authentication (Google) and our own session handling. They can't be switched off if you want to sign in, but they aren't set for visitors who are just browsing the site.

3. Analytics

FirstWeb does not currently run analytics tracking (such as Google Analytics) on this marketing website. If we add analytics in future to understand site traffic, we'll update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first. This is separate from the Google Analytics we help set up on the individual customer websites we build — those cookies belong to that business's own site and are governed by that business's own privacy practices, not by this notice.

4. Third-party content

Some parts of our product, such as Google Sign-In and Google Maps embeds, are provided by Google and may set their own cookies under Google's own policies when you interact with them.

5. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Client Login or dashboard.

6. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our use of cookies changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
