The FirstWeb Starter is a one-page business website with up to eight content sections — enough to cover your services, an about section, testimonials, a gallery, FAQs and your contact details on a single scrollable page. If your business needs more than one page (for example a dedicated services page or a blog), additional pages are quoted separately.
This is our introductory annual price, currently LKR 25,000 per year with a .lk domain included, or LKR 20,000 per year if you bring your own .lk domain. It covers hosting, your domain connection, SSL, and ongoing AI-assisted edits for the year. Pricing is introductory and may change for new orders in future.
Online payments and e-commerce, appointment/booking systems, advanced integrations, custom software, multilingual content, professional photography, and additional pages beyond the one-page Starter site are all quoted separately based on what you need.
You do. You are the legal registrant and owner of your domain and the content on your site. FirstWeb (operated by CozyHub) acts as your technical and administrative service provider — we build, host and maintain the site on your behalf, but ownership stays with you. Once your site is live, you can request unlimited self-service text and AI-assisted edits from your dashboard under fair use — describe the change in plain language (for example "update our opening hours" or "change the hero image") and the AI applies it. No developer or ticket queue required.
We connect your website to Google Search Console and Analytics, add your social links to the website, and help eligible businesses set up or improve their Google Business Profile — so your business is set up to be found, not just online.
No. FirstWeb sits between a traditional agency (where every change needs a developer) and a DIY builder (where you build everything yourself). We build and host the site; you make ongoing changes yourself using plain-language AI requests.
We currently focus on business types that fit a standardised one-page website well: consultants and professional services, repair and maintenance businesses, salons and wellness businesses, tutors and training institutes, restaurants and cafés, construction and home services, small manufacturers, travel and accommodation providers, and local retailers who don’t yet need full e-commerce.
